This is for outside the Dereham Church of England junior academy, grove house infant and nursery school and within the little fields estate. 

Every day, as I look out my window at the school next door, I see a disheartening sight: piles of rubbish and dog waste accumulating outside the new side gate. Not only does it create an eyesore, but the rubbish strewn about often makes its way into our gardens, becoming a persistent nuisance for residents.

When the school is in session, the issue escalates. Rubbish is frequently disposed of in the nearest available bins—those belonging to private residences. This practice leads to improper waste management, as our bins overflow with the wrong type of waste. As a result, they are often not emptied by collection services, leaving us to deal with the remnants and the unpleasant odors.

The solution is straightforward: the installation of designated rubbish and dog waste bins at the strategic locations around the school and nearby estate. Such installations would encourage proper disposal habits among both students and visitors, significantly decreasing litter and ensuring a cleaner, healthier environment for all.

Furthermore, placing these bins in key locations around the estate will ensure accessibility, promoting responsible waste disposal practices across our community.

Let's urge the local council and the school authorities to take immediate action and install these essential waste management facilities. By doing so, they not only uphold the community's cleanliness but boost the residents' quality of life and safeguard our environment.
