Byron Peck's Shaw History Mural, commissioned by the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, is ready to become a masterpiece reflecting our heroes, sheroes and landmarks. Unfortunately, the DC Public Library (DCPL) has refused to consider installing this tribute to our past at this center of our community.
