Hello! 

I am a resident at Silver Oak Estate Kalipark since 2017. Over that duration, many good changes have been made. But speeding cars taking turns at 60+kmph at our driveway has been an ongoing issue that has been waiting to cause a fatality, and yesterday it did.

A small puppy of 8months got hit due to speedy turns. INSIDE campus speed limit is 20kmph which is not being followed due to no PROPER bumpers in the driveway. 

Today it's a puppy, tomorrow it could be any of us taking a small midnight stroll in campus. Or any small child. 

Please sign this petition to help ensure the safety of all residents, both human and the voiceless so that high bumpers can be installed within the campus to curb this nuisance.
