This petition calls upon Sime Darby Property, the highly respected developer of our Elmina Green 6 & 7 residences in Selangor, Malaysia, to address a pressing safety concern. Numerous households have noted the open gaps between homes, which could pose potential risks to residents' safety and potentially lead to damages and corrosion to property walls and doors. Addressing this issue will not only ensure a safer living environment, but it will also further emphasize Sime Darby Property's commitment to prioritizing the needs and welfare of its dwellers. We believe Sime Darby Property shouldn't sell a product that has an action dependent on >1 customer. 

If Sime Darby Property expect customer to get approval to renovate, then further pressing issues arise such as:

1. Creative design difference between neighbours, both parties want different design.
2. Neighbour(s) who don't want to split cost.
