The city manager of Palm Bay has responded back to my email. Please continue to share the petition with everyone you know. Below is the email from Susan.

Good afternoon Mr. Sallade,

I agree this is an important intersection. I will ask our Public Works team to work with Brevard County on this matter. The City has an interlocal agreement with Brevard County to take over responsibility for Babcock, some years in the future. For now, however, the road is still Brevard’s, and they are still responsible for the intersection. They have been setting funds aside just like Palm Bay for future widening of Babcock. We will check with them to see if they have an interest in working together to accomplish improvements in this location, as this could certainly help to assist conditions in this area.
