Two news stations in the Charleston area have aired stories on this and still no response from SCDOT. I’ve directly emailed a copy of the petition  to someone at SCDOT. I’ve emailed Berkeley County officials - got one response back that said he was supportive of this and asked someone on his team to check with SCDOT on plans. Still waiting for SCDOT to do whatever it is that they do …..
