As a committed student and athlete at Dickson College, I depend heavily on the meals I prepare at home, taking into account nutritional balance, to stay healthy and maintain my performance in sports like gym and running. However, warming up these meals becomes a challenge due to the lack of a microwave at our college. And I am not alone; it's an inconvenience experienced by many students such as my friends Ben, Ned, Liam, La’auli and Ben H. This isn’t even taking into account the other students that aren’t my friends, you can imagine how packed the microwave room in the staffroom is at lunchtime and recess.

It's time for Dickson College to actively support our health and well-being. Let's call on the administration to install a microwave, offering a practical solution for students who value a balanced diet and warm meals. Please, sign this petition to create a healthier environment at Dickson College.
