This petition is to bring back the instagram account @waverider_ also known as Liam, who got deleted by instagram for supposedly violating the rules. Liam worked so hard on his account and put so much time, money and effort in to his photos. His photos were of him dressing up as different celebrities making the costumes and creating most the hair himself. He has been apart of instagram for over two years and gaining 2 million followers. He always interacts with his followers making them happy and feel apart of this family that Liam has made. So please with all my heart support this petition and share it to everyone to get @waverider_ back on Instagram. - Gabby
