This Inquiry, if properly conducted, would also reveal all of the lawsuits that have been launched related to these SDHV-HVAC systems. Various industry stakeholders are suing one another - while consumers, after paying for these systems as part of their home purchase remain freezing in their homes - due to these systems..... But the Wynne Government continues to stonewall on this Inquiry.... while these systems continue to be sold in Ontario....
