That the Ombudsman of Ontario did not take steps to investigate these issues when reported by purchasers of newly built homes, HVAC expert Dara Bowser, and CPBH. The Ombudsman of Ontario has jurisdiction over the Ministry responsible for the Ontario Building Code Act.
