Is it any wonder that we are seeing these sorts of problems if builders and their sub-contractors do not have adequate training? Where is Minister Bill Mauro? What is he doing to ensure adequate training for builders and their sub-contractors? Why has Minister Mauro not yet responded to Dara Bowser's call for an Inquiry?
