Recently we had meetings with a number of people at Queen's Park about this ongoing situation with the lack of enforcement of the Ontario Building Code in relation to these HVAC systems. Many asked how this situation ever happened and why it's continuing. This is exactly why HVAC expert Dara Bowser called for an Inquiry under the Building Code Act - to get these answers. But a number of people at Queen's Park and in the ON government seem to think that an Inquiry under the Building Code Act is only called if someone has died. Please help us get to the bottom of this situation and ensure that an Inquiry is conducted now. These systems continue to be sold in Ontario. What can you do? 1. Find two or three people who will sign this petition. It will just take a minute. People do not need to comment if they don't want to. 2.
