CORRUPT JUSTICE: Courts are allowing lawyers, working with Allstate, to continue to create fake identities and merge people's identities, through the legal system, that delayed car crash settlement claims and medical treatment for 2+ years, claiming there is nothing they can do about it and/or have chosen not to do anything about it.

Summary: Identities (social security numbers, birth dates, driver's licenses, health insurance cards, medical reports) are being misused by lawyers working with Allstate. I provided over 400 pages of this bullet-proof evidence (their own legal documentation, with their own lawyers' signatures) to Allstate, the lawyers who created them, and the driver that was cited in the car accident. (See "Car Accident " segment below).

After the evidence was turned over, the lawyer who created the fake identities requested that the Judge order me to STOP communicating with these people who have created the fake identities and/or have the power to stop these fake identities from being created, based on my communication being “harassing” in nature. The Judge ordered that I stop communicating with these people (that can make the fake identities stop being made) and assessed me a penalty (money/sanctions) for communicating with them in an effort to provide them evidence of these allegations, after the Court Ordered me not to.

Additional facts:

1) First, all of what you will read has been authenticated and filed with the Court as evidence. The documentation required to prove this is simply: the legal documentation from the lawyer(s) that made the fake identities, complete with their signature(s) on them. It's all in black and white on their own paperwork.

2) I provided evidence over 1 year ago, to the Court that my identity and other people's identities in multiple states are being misused, and legally being merged through the Court system, on legal documentation, by lawyer(s) that Allstate has chosen to work with on their car accident claims.

3) My identity is now legally associated with other people's identities, making over 50 fake identities, with my social security number.

4) The Judge received, in Court-filed documents, with explanation of the process of how the fake identities are being created, over 1,000 pages of proof (all authenticated per the Court rules of evidence).

5) Some of the victims whose identities have been misused, pay for Allstate Auto Insurance (like me and my family) in addition to others that have never had Allstate Insurance.

6) I've requested that the lawyer whose signature is on them, William Gower, meet with me to discuss these fake identities, so that he would put a stop to their creation. My requests for meetings go unanswered, and fake identities continued to be made on legal documentation.

7) I've provided evidence of the fake identities to the Law Firm Partners, Joseph Lopez and Frank Gassler, Lawyer; William Gower, and staff Bonnie Bertolini and Lori Williamson.

After notifying them over 4 times with evidence of the creation of fake identities, on their own legal paperwork, with no reply, the lawyer whose signature is on the fake identity documents requested that the Judge stop me from communicating with them. The Judge ordered me not communicate with them, at all.

8) Seeing that the Judge was doing nothing to punish the fake-identity making lawyer, and not protect me or any other victim of identity theft, I provided evidence of the creation of the fake identities to the following, in order to try to protect my social security number from continually being used to make fake identities:

Allstate Insurance Company CEO-Thomas Wilson, Allstate Attorney-Susan Lees, and VP-Steven Sorenson.

In response, two letters arrived, from a 3rd party law firm, Martinez Denbo, that said, “Allstate and their insured, Vara Sriboonlue have done nothing wrong”. Once again, after providing them with the evidence, the lawyer who created the fake identities requested that the Judge Order me “no longer communicate” with them, at Allstate. The Judge agreed and ordered that I should not communicate with any executives at Allstate. (Reminder, I pay for Allstate Auto Insurance, and I have been ordered by the Judge to not communicate with the Allstate executives, about the law firm they work with that has made over 50 identities using my social security number.)

9) Seeing that no one was protecting me or the other victims, I've provided evidence of the creation of fake identities to the driver who was cited in the car crash, Vara Sriboonlue. He is a key person that can “fire” the lawyer who makes the fake identities. Once again, after providing him with the evidence, the lawyer who created the fake identities requested that the Judge Order me “no longer communicate” with him. The Judge agreed and ordered that I should not communicate with Vara Sriboonlue.

The Court System Commits the Crime of Covering Up the Misuse of Social Security Numbers, by Lawyer(s) working with Allstate:

Therefore, the Judges' have taken away our right to continue to provide evidence/proof of the creation of fake identities to the people that are responsible and/or have the power to stop these fake id's from being created.

Further, multiple Judge's (Laurel Lee and Darryl Manning) have refused to hear and rule on the complaint in Court, and put a stop to it. The Judge's verbalize that they will hear the complaint, and to simply contact their assistant to schedule. However, with over 15 written requests, they are ignored and never scheduled. Meanwhile, during the same time frame of my requests being ignored, the lawyer who created the fake identities, had all of his issues scheduled, heard by the Judge and ruled on by the Judge (most of which included requesting that the Judge order me to cease communication with the people above).

Additional, additional facts:

9) It is well documented that Insurance Companies delay insurance payment settlements, in Courts throughout the country. Many unethical tactics have been used and brought to the public via the McKinsey Documents/Allstate in 2008. (Google it.....it's horrific. It was so bad that the State of Florida required Allstate to "stop" selling insurance in the State of Florida, until they turned over documentation they used to train their employees to "delay, deny, and defend" anyone who hired a lawyer to represent them, for a car accident claim.)

10) It is also true that Judges are lawyers, who have been “promoted” to wearing the black robe. Underneath the black robe, they are still lawyers.

11) Allstate has purchased an Identity Theft company (InfoArmor) and has been selling Identity Theft Protection for years.

12) Judge Laurel Lee recused herself from this case one week after she was quoted on the Court transcript as saying that there is nothing that she can do about this problem.

Now, on to the identity theft. This real-life story reads more like a John Grisham novel, instead of real-life. Judge's covering up for lawyers, Judge's recusing themselves without reason, and more.

Car Accident:

The identity theft became known due to a car crash in 2014. Both of us had Allstate Insurance. I was driving straight, and Mr. Sriboonlue made a left turn, crossing 3 lanes of traffic, smashing into the driver's side of my car. Both cars were totaled; it was high speed. The other driver (Mr. Sriboonlue) was ticketed for the accident. I was not ticketed. The crash was about 20 days after I had completed physical therapy from my spinal surgery, where hardware was implanted into my spine, intended to fuse my spine together. All medical reports prior to the crash state, that it was healing nicely. After the crash, there is no fusion of my spine.

Allstate's $10,000 “settlement offer” did not cover my medical bills. Unfortunately, I had to get an attorney, to try to recoup my losses. Now, my medical bills are well past 6 figures, and my insurance company and I have paid for the medical bills.

Allstate's policy states (Florida law) that it will provide representation (a lawyer) for their insured person, to protect them from any claim against him. However, Allstate does not have to provide representation for me (the person not ticketed in the accident.) I had to get my own lawyer, so I did.

The lawyer that was provided to the car crasher, Vara Sriboonlue, per the Allstate policy was Attorney William Gower.

His job was standard in this type of case. His job, during discovery phase was to collect my medical records, and get them to their independent medical examiner, to get their doctor's opinion, prior to going to trial. As is necessary, I provided him my birth date, social security number, doctors, so that he could collect them.

Instead, here's what he did that delayed my case for 1 ½ years (Oct. 2016 to April 2018). I have requested an Evidentiary Hearing 10 times, and it will not be scheduled. 

1. Found another person with my same name, who had been treated at two of the same facilities I had been treated as well. He (somehow) attained this (other) person's birth date. Unknown at this time what medical database he has access to, that provides him birth dates of like-named people and doctors that we both went to.

2. Attorney took this “other person's” birth date, and used “it” on the requests for medical records, along with “my social security number”. As a result of Attorney Gower merging our identities on the legal documentation, and using “the other person's birth date, the “other person's” medical records arrive, and not mine.

3. After those “other person's” medical records arrived, the Attorney tried to pass them off as “my” medical records. After all, this “other person's” medical records had the same name. It wasn't until we further investigated that any of us 'caught' the fact that this “other person's” birth date had been stolen and used. Many months of this behavior continued causing a rift between my lawyer and I. At that time, she removed herself from my case.

4. The next step for the lawyer that made the fake identities, was to scour through the “other person's” medical reports that he received, and steal the names of her doctors, her medical facilities, and her medical insurance plans that she had. He merged her identity (i.e. birth date and all of these other pieces of her identity, with my identity) on legal documentation requests (subpoenas) over 50 times (20 of which were created “after” I notified him in writing that I was aware that this was happening, and to stop misusing my identity). To this day, despite over 8 requests to set a meeting time to discuss this, my requests go unanswered by Attorney William Gower.

You can image the stack of useless “other people's” records that had been requested, having nothing to do with my medical records. Since, in most of the cases, he requested medical records of a fake person, and those medical records do not exist – Mr. Gower submitted “additional” people's/victims identities, in the form of medical records.

Now, after 1 ½ years of this, I have access to over 1000 pieces of personal information (that I should not have access to) including medication histories, personal doctor notes that include people's addictions, mental health records, abuse, driver's licenses, spouses information (including social security numbers, birth dates, and more).

As I sifted through them, I also found medical records of:

a) a different, unrelated, car accident victim, whom Attorney Gower had formerly opposed in Court. I now have his records too!

b) 6 year old medical records, with over 500 pieces of personal information of patient(s) in Minnesota. (Since I had her phone number, I called her to tell her that her medical records are being circulated in Florida, to people (like me) that should not have them. She stated that she never had a car accident in Florida, and never had Allstate Insurance. It is a significant concern that these medical records are being printed from somewhere, and circulated.

c) Abuse and PTSD records. I had the phone number from that person's medical records. I called to let her know that this was happening, and that I was trying to put a stop to it. I wanted her, and all of these victims to know that I was going to do the “right” thing with these medical reports. I wanted them to know that I would not continue the misuse of these identities, as they already had been been misued.

Tampa Court is protecting and covering up the misuse of innocent people's identities that include their social security numbers, their birth dates, and all of the Personally Identifiable Information of people in Florida and Minnesota (States that we are able to prove, so far.)

Innocent people's lives are being wrecked by identity theft and misuse of social security numbers. The trauma these victims have endured seems endless while they have spent thousands to try to save their identity. Worse, one of the victims, upon learning about her identity being stolen, had to be rushed to the emergency room and admitted to the hospital for PTSD, once she learned that her medical records of abuse were circulating to unknown people.

Help me save my identity and many others from lawyers working with Allstate, who are misusing innocent people's identifications, including social security numbers.

In addition to the above being notified with this exact information, and have done nothing to remove this lawyer from having access to social security numbers, here's a list of groups that have also either ignored my pleas for help and/or directed me to "get with a different organization" as there is nothing they can do about this:
