The injustice and untruths stated by Jacqueline Suzanne Smith and Walter Palm Smith have affected their father, my husband, Jasper Palm Smith, and, myself Theresa Nance Smith in a very unhealthy, offensive, negative way. It's at the point of fear for our safety, especially for myself. 
    If Jasper Smith is granted his freedom from Jacqueline Smith and Walter Smith, Jasper's health will continue to improve because he will be relieved from the everyday stress of these situations. If things stay the same where Walter Smith and Jacqueline Smith are still in control of his possessions and life his health will decline due to the sleepless nights, stress, and anxiety.
    I have known Theresa and JP for several years. I know JP had multiple strokes on January 1st, 2023. The first major lie was Jp never said and never would say that he wanted his daughter Jackie to be his POA. She lied under the pretense of being his POA for extra medical attention. JP's case should have never been brought to court, there were no realistic reasons for his case to be where it is today. If not for Jackie being a lawyer and her tremendous greed and jealousy it never would have been brought to court. All original 18 statements of the orginal court papers filed June 1st, 2023 were lies. All his belongings should be returned and restored as they were, where they were safe. Please let Theresa and JP return back to their peaceful, free, happy lives.
