In Indiana, Minimum sentences for Child sexual Predators are alarmingly low. Selling or owning child pornography only has a minimum of SIX MONTHS-TWO AND A HALF YEARS. A level One felony when involving children has the chance of a 20 year minimum. Level One felonies include child molestation, buying or selling children for sexual use, and transporting children for sexual use. With the Epstein files being released lately, we need to do everything we can to make sure that those who abuse children have no chance of ever re-offending. We are calling for 30 years minimum sentencing for buying and selling of child pornography and life without parole for every pedophile who rapes or molests children.
