“Shaggy” is a sentenced and convicted sex offender living in Vigo County. He had temporary custody of a 8 year old girl. The girl who is showing several signs of being emotional groomed, sexually abused, and manipulated is terrified of and he has now been taught  “code” when speaking to him which is incredibly concerning. She has began sleeping in the same bed as him alone. 

James Shattuck has a past of anger temperament, racist behavior, and sexual abuse. He has two biological sons who avoid him due to the fact that he raped their step sister at age 8. He made a plea agreement to lower charges.... He also has now has a second ex-wife who has witnessed the same abusive behavior along with her three kids.

We ask that  if you have this same concern for Sofia to sign this petition so that the State can take action in protecting Sofia. Theres several video evidence and testimoniesof  ’ past abusive behavior please reply with your email if you are interested in getting this or sign to help the state take action.  also has a history of selling cars with the wrong mileage presented, committing arson and insurance fraud. If you have bought a car from him you should be warned as he is not a auto dealer and sells cars for cash.
