I have recently stumbled upon a video of a man on instagram where he is seen showing obscene and heinous cruelty toward a stray dog. The dog was peacefully sleeping in the street when suddenly a man enters the scene and starts beating the dog with a very heavy and thick wooden log which he can barely handle himself. The dog was seen bleeding and lost one of the eye on the spot. His eyeballs were burst and the other eye has high levels of clots, the floor was filled with blood and the man showed no sign of remorse or grief and continued hitting him with the log even though he was barely able to move. The local residents filed an FIR with chandigarh police but the police is approaching the case with a very casual attitude and is letting the Monster walk away with a mere 'challan'. The poor dog has suffered various fractures and organ failures. Please join our fight against this horrifying and disgusting cruelty.  Our poor little companions need us the most at this point of time to be their voice. We have to set strict laws, cruelty against animals should be treated with utmost strictness and priority.
