You almost always have to wait a very long time in a very long line in order to receive service at the Jackson Heights Post Office. Oftentimes there is only 1 of 6 windows available, causing significant delays and frustration for local residents. This situation is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

The U.S. Postal Service plays a crucial role in our community, yet the lack of sufficient window clerks severely hampers its efficiency. According to USPS data, customer wait times should not exceed 5 minutes on average; however, many residents report waiting upwards of 30 minutes or more.
