We, the residents of the Bridge at Henley apartments, live in fear for our personal safety and the safety of our pets and property. Too often, we fall victim to theft and vandalism within our own apartment building, our home.

Many of us have been personally affected by vehicular theft, vehicular break-ins, home invasion, as well as attacked or threatened by the indigent/criminal population that surrounds the property. And when any of this is reported to management, they do nothing. 

The crime that happens at this property is directly related to the negligence of the property management who allow the package lockers,  gates, and entry/exit doors to go unrepaired and who do not hold the security company they allegedly hired accountable. There have been too many instances where the aforementioned “security company” does nothing when contacted.  

It is time that the management at Bridge at Henley, as well as AMP, take measures to protect their tenants. 

Our plea is simple yet urgent - we need our property management company to increase security measures within our building. This includes:

1. Fixing the entry doors locks that are currently broken
2. Repairing the back gate
3. Providing properly functioning fobs for the garage gate
4. Repairing the package lockers (an “amenity” we pay for monthly) 
5. installing more surveillance cameras,
6. Hiring additional security personnel, and
7. Improving lighting in common areas.

We believe that everyone has the right to feel safe in their own homes. By signing this petition, you are supporting us in urging the management company to take immediate action and protect its residents from further harm and distress. Please sign this petition today.
