We have now gone since Friday of last week with absolutely no post. I still don't have a bank card. That's now over 3 weeks! Having to use my dad's card for urgent online payments. This is really no use. 

I made a complaint by email last week and by phone. Time to get through on the phone to Royal Fail is currently 60 minutes. I was told my complaint would be forwarded to the area manager and I would have a reply within 3 days. That was a week ago. I'm still waiting. 

This is not the posties' faults. I talked to our postie last Wednesday and he admitted that he does our street last which is why we don't get post until nearly 2pm now. They have to do parcels first as they are priority. When he is off, another postie has to do his own area plus ours and since we are last to be done it seems we just get missed completely. Our postie actually checked the depot on Thursday morning of last week for letters for me and came straight to my house to talk to me. No bank card. There is no back log in the depot so who knows where the problem is occurring. There is definitely a problem though if our area has to be covered by a postie who has to do two areas if our postie is off. This is due to a lack of staff. 

I have seen comments and heard of people being delivered letters for hospital appointments after the appointment has been. It really is shocking.
