Residents of the Smith Farms community are requesting action to address ongoing speeding concerns on Turquoise Ln and surrounding streets.

Speeding has become a consistent issue in our neighborhood, creating safety risks for residents, children, pedestrians, and families as others are using the roads as “cut through” access. While the HOA has acknowledged these concerns and plans to install speed limit signage, many residents feel that signage alone will not effectively reduce vehicle speeds.

We are respectfully requesting that the HOA and property management company initiate a formal traffic calming evaluation to explore more effective safety measures, such as speed humps, speed tables, or other traffic-calming solutions.

Our goal is simple: to make our neighborhood safer for everyone who lives, walks, and drives here.
