I am a passionate player of Ragnarok Online Prime on our European server hosted by 4Game https://eu.4game.com/roprime/

However, it deeply concerns me to see players repeatedly leaving our community, mostly due to unfavorable conditions in the CashShop. The Treasure Boxes and WinWin Machine are too expensive for the low chances of winning, and too many items are usable on only one account.

The goal of this petition is to bring about a change in these conditions with the game's operator so that our server can thrive again. The MMORPG Ragnarok Online has a long history and a loyal player base it deserves to be enjoyed to the fullest.

As a community, we need to raise our voices and demand improvements so that more players return to our server and new players aren’t immediately discouraged! Let’s fight for lower prices in the CashShop, better chances of winning, and more flexibility with account-bound items.

What we demand:

• Fewer useless items in the Win-Win Machine and Treasure Boxes, so that the chances of getting Rare and Super Rare items become more realistic. It’s unacceptable that you can spend €60 and only get 1 Rare item!
  
  
• Items needed to refine weapons and equipment, such as Blacksmith's Blessing, HD's/Enr. Elunium, Oridecon, Bradium and Carnium, should be offered at reasonable prices. The amount needed to refine an item to +11 or +12 costs far too much € and has no reasonable realization.

• Items that the developer Gravity never intended to be account-bound should be freed from account-bound restrictions. This includes items such as All Shadow Gear, RideWord Hat, Bravery Bag, Chrono Cloaks, Sixtus Armors, Ancient Hero Weapons, Blacksmith's Blessing, Ancient_Hero_Wisdom, Ancient_Hero_Bravery and many more.
