Introduction:

In the Philippines, one of the most well-liked tracks in the senior high school curriculum is the Accountancy Business, and Management (ABM) strand. For vocations in business, finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship, it trains students. The difficulties that ABM students deal with, however, can have an impact on both their academic success and general well-being. By addressing these issues and offering solutions, the petition seeks to raise the standard of instruction and support for ABM strand sturients in the Philippines.

Problem:

One of the problems faced by ABM strand students in the Philippines is the lack of quality learning materials and resources. According to a study conducted by Mora, Arreola, and Cabling (2020), ABM strand students encounter difficulties in understanding complex concepts due to the lack of updated and relevant materials. This issue can significantly affect their academic performance and hinder their potential for success.

 Solution:

The Department of Education (DepEd) and other pertinent government agencies should take action to address these issues by giving ABM students access to high- quality learning materials and resources, providing specialized training and development for ABM teachers, expanding career guidance programs and opportunities for ABM students, raising awareness of mental health issues among students, and supporting those who are experiencing mental health issues. These ideas will contribute to ensuring that ABM students get the instruction and assistance they require to be successful in school and in their careers.

Benefits:

Students in the ABM strand will gain from the deployment of these solutions in several ways. They will have access to recent and useful learning materials and resources which will aid in enhancing their comprehension of intricate ideas Additionally, they will gain from the training and experience of the professors which will improve the learning process. Making educated judgments regarding their future career pathways will be made easier for ABM students with the development of career advisory programs and possibilities. Last but not least. Raising awareness of mental health issues and offering support to students would help address mental health issues and lower stress levels, improving academic performance and general wellbeing.
