I also wanted to bring your attention to a Reddit post that raises some serious concerns about Heartopia’s gacha system and potential regulatory issues:

The post discusses possible non-compliance with consumer protection and gacha transparency standards. If these concerns are accurate, they are understandably very troubling for players who have financially supported the game in good faith...

I strongly encourage everyone to read the post carefully and form their own conclusions. If you believe there are legitimate concerns, I also hope you may also wish to report them through the appropriate consumer protection or digital marketplace channels in your region.

This petition has always been about respectful, constructive change — not hostility. The goal is to encourage transparency, fairness, and long-term trust between the developers and the player community.
