Today, I'm pleased to announce that new lighting has been installed in the park. And it's brilliant! Check out the photo.

Let's recap what's happened so far since our petition:

• Dallas Marshals, Dallas Park Ranges, and Dallas Police have increased their patrols of the park.
• Tree canopy has been thinned to allow for better visibility.
• New lighting has been installed.

These are meaningful accomplishments, and these would not have been possible without the civic leadership of the following individuals and organizations:
