On May 13th, 2024, I had a distasteful experience with the terrible internet service provided by Koodo/Telus. The poor network provision hindered me from joining various important meetings and making crucial transactions. This messed up my day and resulted in financial loss.

This is not just my personal story but a reflection of the experiences of many others in Calgary, AB who rely on these services for their daily activities. In our digital age where everything from work to social interactions depends on reliable internet access, such poor service is unacceptable.

According to Statistics Canada (2016), over 86% of households in Alberta have internet access at home. This means that a significant number of people are potentially affected by poor network provision.

We urge Koodo/Telus to take immediate action to improve their network provision in Calgary, AB ensuring reliable and consistent connectivity for all users.
