It is personal to me because our town has lots of amazing parks but they are mostly littered. Tenafly, NJ is home to beautiful green spaces that should be enjoyed by all residents. Unfortunately, littering has become a significant problem, tarnishing the natural beauty of our community and posing environmental hazards.

We need stronger littering laws to deter people from polluting our parks and streets. Additionally, we must encourage more volunteers to join cleanup efforts to restore and maintain the cleanliness of our town.
