We are glad to introduce ourselves as the 350 plus owners and residents of Confident Gardenia which falls under your panchayat. Our layout has been active for the last 8 years since it came up.We have slowly started moving into the layout,our residents association has started managing the services of the property, our initial houses have started coming up in the plots. One of the major concerns that people have raised to move into the layout have been lack of good access, proper roads,drainage and street lighting leading from the Sarjapur main road to the layout. We think this is very important and a minimum facility that we will need for this big layout to have people coming in . Our neighbourhood layouts like Celebrity Nature's Habitat and others have also shared their similar concerns regarding this . We really request your help to quickly fix this by setting up proper road, drainage and street lighting here at the earliest. This will make a big difference people staying in the layout . We will be very thankful for your help.
