Improve Grievance Resolution and Accountability for Public Servants

Improve Grievance Resolution and Accountability for Public Servants
The Issue
Petition for Reform of Grievance Processes and Public Servant Accountability
Access to equity and fairness is limited by the inability of public servants to properly address or allow equitable access to relief from repeated malicious, cruel and unusual acts under the guise of humanitarian efforts. I have submitted repeated attempts to seek redress, my grievances have been ignored.
This systemic issue is not isolated. Many individuals have faced similar discrimination and retaliation due to their genetic makeup, income source, or other protected characteristics.
The responsible human solution to this wide spread, multigenerational issue:
Improved Grievance Processes:
-Simplify and streamline the process for reporting grievances, 24-48 responses from agencies involved with a resolution, or financial and marketing restrictions until they fix the issues.
-Processes for filing complaints reflect the literacy level of potential complainants including those with disabilities, language, or any other barriers such as finance and representation.
Increased Public Servant Accountability:
-Implement stronger accountability measures for public servants, including consequences for misconduct and negligence.
Fair Compensation:
-Provide fair compensation for individuals who have suffered harm due to unresolved grievances.
-All monies from complaints associated with unresolved issues after requesting assistance with receiving justice, human rights concerns, and/or any policy, procedure, or guideline that was deviated from that negatively impacted the individual and their descendants, as agreed upon by the signers of this petition, will be placed in a black-owned bank and collect a predetermined/negotiated interest rate.
1. Any entity violating these new guidelines will incur a running and taxable fee that is paid to victims and those denied justice weekly until all parties agree on a resolution.
2. Taxes on complaint fees will be used to pay reparations to Black Americans/PAN Africans or NEGROS or the descendants of NEGROs as identified by DNA similarities(or other guidelines as identified by the stakeholders).
3. The complainant will have access immediately to afford legal representation for their assets, offense, and defense since they have been historically, and globally disenfranchised they shall have the cost of a legal representative's requested amount paid for life to ENSURE their legal representative is not bound by ANY corruption or conflict of interest that may prevent the complainant from getting justice.
By signing this petition, you join in advocating for just and equitable systems for all.
