This petition was created by the Rutgers Students for Environmental Awareness SEAt (Sustainable Transportation) campaign. We are asking Rutgers University to:

• Paint and add bollards to every existing bike lane on campus
• Add bike lanes to the Cook Douglass area of George Street, Dudley Road, Rd 3, Davidson Road/Avenue E (Busch/Livi connection) and Bartholomew Road.
• Work with local governments to connect all four campuses via bike lane (also providing access for scooters, skateboards, roller skates etc)
• Fix broken light fixtures and add them in dark spots on campus
• Repave pedestrian walkways (especially on Cook Douglass)
• Purchase EV buses and more EV charging stations
• Better commuter subsidies for public transportation
• Increase bikes in the rental program
