The state of Qatar is currently providing refuge to Ismail Haniyeh and Khaled Mashal, the current and former chairmen of Hamas, respectively. Hamas is a globally recognized terrorist organization that has been responsible for numerous atrocities, including the murder of countless US citizens and a recent massacre claiming over 1300 civilian lives. The brutality of this organization extends to unthinkable acts such as beheading infants and forcing parents to witness their children being burnt alive. By harboring these leaders, Qatar is indirectly supporting these horrific acts.

The international community must not stand idle while such blatant disregard for human rights continues. We demand immediate sanctions against Qatar until they cease their support for these individuals and bring them to justice. This action will send a clear message that supporting terrorism in any form will not be tolerated.
