Over the last decade overseas buyers of UK property has TRIPLED!  All the many new developments being built on precious green space are being marketed in Dubai, the US, China etc.  Many are unaffordable to UK families who struggle to get mortgages for all this expensive property.

Over the last two decades we have lost much of the UK's green spaces and wildlife habitat due to failed HS2 scheme and relentless use of green space for new build development.   Much of UK wildlife is facing extinction.  It is imperative that the new builds being forced on our country are focused on need and are not just boosting the economy and making profit for billionaire developers.  'affordable' has to mean 'affordable'!  Overseas competition needs restricting to allow UK buyers a fair chance because it is driving prices upwards in a cost of living crisis!

Over zealous marketing of UK property abroad has meant UK citizens have less and less chance of owning homes and are at the mercy of greedy landlords, many of whom are not even UK citizens!  RESTRICT THIS!
