Why should India impose a bill to control the population?

India is the country with the highest population and is projected to grow even at a faster rate in the upcoming years. Talking about the upcoming years, which are going to be very important for india as they are going to provide the opportunity for the country to surpass giants in economy and development for example china and USA. 

Over-Population term is used for countries with higher population compared to the resources and technology available to provide to the citizens. Africa for example has overpopulation at a humungous  scale which is leading them to shortage of food and a economic crisis in the country which is leading to doubled crime rates and low levels of resources for the people to consume.

Even in our country employment for a normal person graduating from top end colleges is low, if our population is going to be increased at a severe rate in the upcoming years it is going to become a big challenge for average citizens to get employment in their own countries, India could face challenges like Africa is facing right now. Do we want higher crime in our country? Do we want to beg for food and fight our individuals in our country for rice? Do we not want our economy to grow and get employment?The solution for this is to imply policies and educate the illiterate about birth control thus getting India on a safer side throughout the future.

We the people of India request the political parties to express their views and intentions to bring in strict policies targeting population control when they will come to power.
