Capilano Honey have acted without decency in regards to how they label their honey products and how they have conducted themselves throughout the litigation. Capilano after asking the Court for more time to mediate an outcome did not attempt any reconciliation. We approached Capilano with a reasonable offer that could have seen the end to the conflict but heard nothing. I think Capilano Honey should apologise to the Australian Beekeeping industry in regards to how they have conducted themselves throughout this litigation. This bullying strategy has backfired . The litigation has placed a negative spotlight on the Australian Beekeeping industry The court has now ordered parties meet again in February. Ben's Bees is holding a jar of industrialised honey labelled “Mixed Blossom”. You should never buy this honey and stop anyone you know from buying this honey. The label does not display country of origin but this mixed industrialised honey is mostly from China . This is one of Capilano Honey subsidiary brands it sells Allowrie. This honey is blended and heated in a factory with various cheap imported honey from around the world. capilanohoney admit they import honey from China, Mexico and Argentina . Capilano refuse to put the country of origin on the honey they sell. Avoid honey labeled mixedblossom at supermarkets. The nicer the words these corporates use the more industrialised the honey is. Only buy pristine honey direct from a local beekeeper. You can trust bees to create a perfect mix. Bees are the only chemists we can trust. Please use the honeymap. https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1HNu51syTzMm7LvvucsDbWliNwZU&ll=-19.86992110718147,128.013752275&z=3
