I am shubham dubey a victim of cyber fraud of 1,25,000 rs. Instead of helping me bank and Indian cyber police has made me a criminal I am a criminal because I click on the link while people are operating illegal call centres to do these scams walks free they took our money like it's theirs.

 

In one hand we want a digital revolution on the other hand every year millions of innocent people like me are getting scammed but our government and police or courts do nothing. 

 

I haven't shared any of my  credentials details to these scammers they already has all the information of me probably sold by the bank or compnies like policy bazaar. 

 

i earn only 20,000rs a month and this money is worth 6 months of my salary yet bank is threatening me if i dont pay the debt on due date i will charged interest penalty and 18 percest gst.

 

Instead of feeling like a victim i feel like a criminal and my fault was that i trust the credit card issuer bank .

 

We need to wake our government and related entities so other innocent people can be saved i don't want any other shubham dubey to go through this i really don't know know how would I repay this amount but atleast if I able to bring a change in current system i would get some relief please take your time and sign this petition for all of us welfare.
