KIDS CANT HANDLE PORN ( WE REALLY CANT )

KIDS CANT HANDLE PORN ( WE REALLY CANT )
The Issue
Before I begin I want to state that my message deserves to be heard.
Throughout my life, I have lived and stayed in different countries and regions due to my parents’ line of work, with this came the privilege of meeting remarkable people from all walks of life, you name it, I probably met someone like that. However, my journey has not been without its share of tribulations. When my father left my mother and me, we faced financial struggles and had to rely on the support of extended family members. It was one of the most unbearable but crucial points in my life. As an only child, I felt things were falling apart and the future looked bleak. Looking back I think this was the start of it all.
One thing I noticed from this experience while attending a public high school is that Irrespective of wealth or age, children around the World, particularly vulnerable teenagers, are enduring a heart-wrenching struggle, one that cries out for the entire world's attention. It is a battle that eats away at the very fabric of our being, a never-ending fight against the pervasive menace of unregulated and unfiltered access to explicit content, free and open for any ever-so-curious heart to stumble on. While we as the human race have made tremendous strides in advancing in various aspects such as Science and Math we have silently averted our collective gaze from the disturbing aftermath of bestowing upon the young unrestricted entry into the unforgiving labyrinth that is the internet.
Please understand that I do not view the internet as inherently evil. It is a truly powerful tool with both positive and negative aspects, much like human nature). As a programmer and someone who has struggled with an internet addiction, I can testify to this digital realm's remarkable and destructive potential. I have met my fellow peers both in person and online who have shared their experiences of exposure to traumatic media with me. I emphasize that regardless of their religious beliefs or upbringing, the underlying story remains the same, and all I'm trying to convey is a sense of urgency about taking action to address this issue. Unless we band together, hand in hand, and push for legislative laws that not only downright ban access to morally damaging web pages but also push for global efforts to bring to light this underlying societal problem, there is no hope for the future.
Let us not forget that each one of us was once a child. Even as a former youth, you are responsible for protecting and guiding those who come after you. I apologize if my manner of expression seems too emotional. It's just that I don't have any other way to express myself.
If this message goes unnoticed, I will take solace in knowing that I did my best to bring attention to an issue that deeply troubles me and every young individual who has, is, or is yet to live. I sincerely thank you for your time and consideration and I promise one day for sure this problem will be solved whether by my hands or another to come next.
OK LETS JUST STOP THIS!!!!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
WORDS CAN’T DESCRIBE PAIN.
IN TEARS I CRY.
WHAT HAVE WE DONE TO NOT DESERVE A GOOD CHILDHOOD LIKE THOSE BEFORE?
IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK?
YET WE TURN A BLIND EYE?
ACT LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG?
NEVER TAKING A MOMENT TO LOOK AT OUT SIDES.
KIDS DYING RIGHT INFRONT OF YOUR EYES
FOOLS I SAY, THAT’S WHY YOU ALL ARE
WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP,
WHY DO YOU THINKING YOUR KIDS ARE STRUGGLING.
DON’T YOU SEE IT TOOO.
IMAGINE IF YOU WERE IN OUR SHOES.
Now hush, little baby, don't you cry
Everything's gonna be alright
Stiffen that upper lip up, little lady, I told ya
Daddy's here to hold ya through the night
I know Mommy's not here right now and we don't know why
We feel how we feel inside
It may seem a little crazy, pretty baby
But I promise Mama's gon' be alright.
