As students, parents, and friends associated with San Sisto College in Carina, QLD, Australia, we are facing a significant challenge every day. Our school lacks a direct, owned transport system, causing hardship for students and caregivers alike.

If this occurs students would Every day, must endure a long, inconvenient TransLink bus journey just to get home, often arriving later than expected. The stress this creates for the students is immeasurable, not to mention the strain it puts on parents, who worry about their children returning home from school safely and on time. The previous solution, the Dunns bus, was a saving grace, ensuring students reached the train station and got home at the perfect timing.

The absence of this facility is impacting our daily lives. Therefore, we propose the introduction of a school-owned bus service, or at least a new equivalent to the previous Dunns bus for San Sisto College. This would serve to reduce the stress on students and caregivers, make travel more efficient, and generally improve the wellbeing of the whole school community.

Therefore, we are asking for the school or local authorities to fund a new bus or to organize a fundraiser for a school-owned bus. The well-being of San Sisto College's students and their families should not be compromised due to the lack of a proper transport system.
