Thank you so much for signing, sharing, and standing behind this petition. The response so far has been incredible, and it’s clear that people in our community are angry, frustrated, and—most importantly—ready for change when it comes to safety on Edenfield Road.

I’m giving it one more week to push the numbers even higher, so please—keep sharing, keep talking, and let’s show just how many of us are demanding action. Every single signature matters.

Next week, I’ll be sending this petition directly to our MP and the three ward councillors in Rochdale Highways. I know this might not spark instant change, but we have to try. Staying silent gets us nowhere—and I’m not willing to just accept the status quo when people’s safety is at risk.

I’ve already been in touch with Rochdale Highways, Greater Manchester Police, and our MP. I’ll update you all next week with a copy of the email I send and the petition attached.
