Do not take any threat lightly, please.

Public safety, especially within educational settings, should not stand questionable. In 2020, the National Center for Education Statistics reported that 93% of public schools in the U.S. use locked doors and gates, security cameras, and security personnel to ensure student safety. Yet, many schools are still unequipped with detecting a gun, including Lake Brantley High School. 

Thus, I break the silence today, calling upon the school administration and local government of Altamonte Springs, FL, to take actionable steps in ensuring our children's safety.
