The Issue

Our schools have a fundamental role in shaping the future. However, many of them are outdated and are not energy efficient. It is crucial to reconsider school infrastructure and invest in energy-saving renovations - not only would this save significant amounts of energy, but it would also provide healthier learning environments. According to a study by the US Department of Energy, schools can reduce their energy use by 25% by implementing energy efficiency measures. Furthermore, our schools are consistently underfunded and struggle to provide necessary resources for student success. The National Center for Education Statistics reports that the average per-pupil expenditure is roughly $12,800, an amount proved insufficient for comprehensive education. We call on the local and national authorities to prioritize the renovation of our schools for energy efficiency and to increase school budgets to foster a more enriching learning environment. Sign the petition to support a sustainable and better-funded future for our schools. I suggest better insulation LED batter insulation and and be more energy efficient making for a better school environment and learning
