Hi all, hope you're doing well. It's been a bit silent since my last update. Progress has been slow. So far, we've had 1650 paid promotion views and 390 non-promotion views but only 14 signatures. Paid promotion ran out a while back. At present, I can't spare any money for further paid promotions but will aim to save up for it soon. I would greatly appreciate it if some of you could chip in a few dollars to help keep the momentum going.

Thank you to Kathleen who posted a comment. I appreciate your extra input. I look forward to seeing comments from the rest of you in the near future.

I haven't heard back from One Nation, the Libertarians, Sustainable Australia Party, Great Australian Party, or Socialist Alliance. It might be that they have more urgent matters to attend to. However, they will surely contact me sooner or later.

Back in June, I contacted those same parties regarding the QLD Parliament petition for CIRs. The Libertarians and Sustainable Australia got back to me on that one and shared it. I also contacted the Animal Justice Party who got back to me and added a small number of signatures.

A by-election for my local council area, Moreton Bay Division 11, is coming up on September 27th. I have contacted one of the candidates regarding our petition. I know that she is quite popular locally and will be able to spread the word. I hope to hear back from her soon.

On another note, Katter's Australian Party currently have 3 state MPs for Queensland (Robbie Katter for Traeger, Shane Knuth for Hill, & Nick Dametto for Hitchinbrook). They also have Bob Katter himself who holds the federal seat of Kennedy. I have sent an email out to each of them requesting their support with our petition and several others. If I can acquire it, it will go a long way.

Apart from that, I'll aim to contact a few other people who may be able to help us. In the meantime, please share our petition far and wide, chip in some money if you can, post a comment, and keep fighting.

Best regards,

Noah
