Llaw Aurbreigh Wyatt was an innocent girl, full of potential and dreams, who was tormented due to bullying. The tragedy of losing her has left her family, especially Heather Wyatt, in a state of despair. We understand, through heart-wrenching personal experience, the devastation that bullying and lack of mental health awareness can cause.

Mental health matters – it is not an issue to be overlooked or stigmatized, but to be prioritized. One in five children in America has a mental health condition, yet up to 80% don't receive proper treatment (National Institute of Mental Health, 2020). For Aurbreigh and many others, bullying further exacerbated their mental health issues. It is high time we acknowledge this crisis and take action for preventing such tragedies.
