Young children often play with the testers, leading to product waste and potential hygiene concerns. According to a survey conducted by Cosmetics Business in 2019, approximately 73% of customers have expressed dissatisfaction over damaged and misused testers in stores. To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain hygiene standards, we propose that Sephora implement an age restriction policy for unaccompanied minors under the age of 12. This will not only enhance the shopping experience but also reduce unnecessary wastage and uphold cleanliness in stores nationwide.
