The Issue

Dear Citizens of the Global Community, Honorable Leaders, and International Mediators,

As the international community urgently seeks a viable pathway to halt the ongoing U.S.-Iran conflict and prevent further economic and regional instability, traditional high-pressure tactics must be balanced with pragmatic, structured diplomacy. The human, economic, and geopolitical costs of continued escalation are too high to ignore, affecting everything from international maritime safety in the Strait of Hormuz to global energy prices.

With the highest respect for the diplomatic corps and international organizations working tirelessly to restore stability, I am formally proposing a comprehensive, 5-point strategic framework. This framework offers a balanced middle path that firmly secures core international security objectives while presenting a politically viable exit strategy for both nations:

1. Reciprocal Sanctions Relief for Stockpile Concessions: Utilizing a phased, milestone-based lifting of specific economic sanctions and the conditional unfreezing of assets, directly tied to verifiable Iranian compliance on its nuclear commitments.

2. Domestic Uranium 'Dilution' Under IAEA Oversight: Shifting the mandate from the total extraction of enriched uranium (which Tehran views as absolute capitulation) to an internationally monitored, in-country dilution process. This permanently neutralizes the immediate weapons-grade threat under rigorous verification while respecting territorial sovereignty.

3. The 15-Year Compromise Timeline: Resolving the current stalemate between the proposed 10-year and 20-year enrichment bans by establishing a firm 15-year restriction period.

4. Security Assurances for Unprecedented Inspection Rights: Granting the IAEA permanent, unhindered "snap inspection" access across all Iranian facilities to guarantee total transparency, in exchange for binding guarantees against unprovoked military action or regime-change policies.

5. Simultaneous Maritime De-escalation: A coordinated, reciprocal lifting of the U.S. naval blockade in direct exchange for the immediate, permanent reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to safely restore international maritime trade and stabilize global commodity markets.

True leadership and strength lie in the courage to transition from unsustainable military escalation to a highly structured, enduring diplomatic resolution. By signing this petition, we raise a collective, respectful voice to urge the United Nations, the United States Administration, the Government of Iran, and key mediating nations (Qatar and Pakistan) to consider this framework as a foundational blueprint to break the current impasse.

Thank you for your valuable time, your solidarity, and your shared dedication to global peace and human welfare.

With the highest regards and deepest respect,
