Report system overhaul

dear ponytown team and ponytown players,

As many of you are aware of, the current reporting system for ponytown is less than operable.  Having to go out of one’s way to email screenshot proof of a players offense is not, has never been, and never will be the proper way to report a player on any online space.  

Ponytown players, including myself, have struggled with this system since ponytown existed. There are constant battles of wildly inappropriate and offensive skins on the safe server. There is harassment, bullying, discrimination, and many more vile acts that go on in this game. The ponytown team tells users to report any of this via email- but this is a very clunky way to gather reports, as players have to provide so much information just for the team to be able to find one offender. Sometimes, there are multiple in one place. 

This is why I am proposing a full overhaul (or just, the making) of the reporting system for ponytown.  This would be similar to the Blocking/Hiding system, except the report would send a message to the ponytown mods.  There would be options to report players behavior, such as: inappropriate skin, bad language, harassment, bullying, passing the filter, rule breakage, and other.

 There would also be an option to specify the reasoning, if the player wishes to, or needs to do so upon picking “other” as a reason.  There is also an option to upload a file or files as proof of the players offense. Again, this being optional (this could change to mandatory if needbe)  I am providing some images as concepts for this. These have been carefully crafted to resemble a reporting interface as close to the ponytown interface style as possible.
