The acts of President elect Donald J. Trump within his first week of office has been nothing more than blatant treachery. As a veteran; it should be well known that military enlistees, federal workers, and federal official's are required by law to swear an oath to defend this country from domestic and foreign threats as well as upholding/protecting the rights of this nation. This petition would propose his termination of presidency under the jurisdiction of - ArtII.S4.1 Overview of Impeachment Clause, Article 2 Section 4, Footnote 3

The mass deportation crisis, propagation of presidential terms extension, destroying the heath care department/practices, and so on are complete violations of a multitude of amendment rights/ human rights and the welfare and safety of United States citizens. Some of which being :

Another thing to note is the contradiction in executive orders. Order in question being the Ending Weaponization of the Federal Government, Section 1 EO. Using Federal Agents (CBP) to forcibly infringe on constitutional rights while publishing an EO that condemns the previous administrations misuse of Federal assets on constitutionally protected individuals is absurd and entirely hypocritical.

This immigration problem presented to the American people, was a problem that should have been correctly established and neutralized when the issue began. We have allowed this situation to occur thus making it our issue and our accountability. This means handling situations like these in a proper manner without infringing on the rights of the people. Undocumented immigrants are too deeply rooted in our society and way of life that casting them away would just affect us even more. Similar to how firearms are so deeply ingrained into our culture we can just make them disappear.

At the end of the day this is not created out of bias towards parties or to individuals. The person responsible could have been anybody from any walk of life. This was created out of recognizing this blatant negligent, treacherous, and threatening behavior. Im willing to act upon any entity that has the audacity to threaten the security of the statute of this once great nation. Ive done it once serving my country and so have my predecessors; if theres anytime to be a patriot to protect these freedoms and these people it’s right now. Don't let this continue to happen before it’s too late.
