PETITION STATEMENT:

We, the people of the United States, call on Congress to immediately initiate impeachment proceedings against Donald J. Trump for grave violations of the U.S. Constitution, abuses of power, and repeated human rights violations during his presidency. NO ONE is above the law—and JUSTICE demands ACCOUNTABILITY.

 

WHO We’re Addressing:

United States House of Representatives, the United States Senate, AND the United States Congress

 

WHY This Matters:

Donald J. Trump’s actions as President of the United States caused profound harm to our democracy and to vulnerable communities across the nation. We DEMAND that Congress act to hold Donald J. Trump and his complicit Administration accountable for, but not limited to:

 

• Violating the Emoluments Clause by profiting from foreign governments and public office.

 

• Illegally violated state officials' request to NOT order activate Military against US American citizens, on American soil.

 

• Sanctioning human rights abuses at the border, including family separations and inhumane detention.

 

• Wrongfully deporting U.S. citizens, stripping them of their rights and protections.

 

• Withholding congressionally approved aid to pressure a foreign government for political gain; even eliminating already approved congressional funds from federal programs around the world

 

• Threatening the free press and freedom of speech, undermining our First Amendment protections.

 

• Misuse of, and gross negligence of spending of federal tax payers funds by Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel and Pete Hegseth for the use of harming and injuring innocent civilians and citizens across the nation.

 

• Deploying the US National Guard and US Marines to Los Angeles against the States wishes and WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL.

 

These actions represent a BLATANT abuse of power, abuse of government and government overreach and betrayal of public trust.

 

 

ACTIVE SUBVERSION OF CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE 

Donald J. Trump, having returned to political power through manipulation of weakened democratic institutions, has:

 

Openly called for the "termination" of parts of the Constitution to reinstate his previous presidency.

 

Embraced and praised authoritarian regimes and policies while undermining U.S. democratic norms.

 

Issued loyalty oaths and public threats to federal judges, journalists, political opponents, and whistleblowers.

 

 

SEDITION AND CONTINUED UNDERMINING OF DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS 

Trump’s involvement in the January 6th insurrection, efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, and promotion of the “Big Lie” have already been detailed in federal indictments and congressional findings. Despite this, he continues to promote baseless election fraud claims to undermine public trust in future elections.

 

COMPLICITY AND CORRUPTION AMONG KEY FIGURES 

Trump’s inner circle, includes allies such as:

 

Pete Hegseth, who has used his platform to spread disinformation and promote insurrectionist ideologies, as well as, his Signal chat leak regarding HIGHLY sensitive information about military operations. 

 

Kristi Noem, whose flagrant disregard for the law (including recent personal scandals involving abuse of office, losing her purse with her security clearance badge and other sensitive information in it, potential civil/human rights violations and admitted animal cruelty) has disgraced public service. 

 

Marco Rubio, who has abdicated his duty to defend the Constitution in favor of political opportunism.

 

Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Kari Lake, Rep. Jim Jordan, Sen. Josh Hawley, and many others are who have continued to SHIELD Trump from accountability, while echoing extremist rhetoric and blatant lies.

 

These individuals are NOT merely enablers—they are ACTIVE participants in a coordinated effort to erode the foundations of the American republic.

 

 

EROSION OF THE SEPARATION OF POWERS AND RULE OF LAW 

The Trump-aligned political machine has worked aggressively to reshape the federal judiciary, defund key oversight bodies, and criminalize dissent. Judges who uphold the law are now targets of violent rhetoric. Trump’s public promise to “be your retribution” threatens the principle of impartial justice.

 

WEAPONIZATION OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH 

The Trump administration and its affiliates have proposed policies to purge the civil service of independent voices and consolidate authoritarian power under “Schedule F.” This would effectively destroy the merit-based federal workforce and create a government of loyalists, NOT public servants.

 

 

THE PEOPLES DEMANDS:

1. The IMMEDIATE IMPEACHMENT of Donald J. Trump under the authority of the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, and ANY OTHER APPLICABLE STATUTES AVAILABLE for engaging in AND conspiring against the United States.

2. The EXPULSION or CENSURE of ANY congressional enablers who have VIOLATED their oaths of office to defend the Constitution.

3. The establishment of a NONPARTISAN EMERGENCY COMMISSION to INVESTIGATE the extent of the constitutional breaches and propose safeguards to restore institutional integrity.

4. The preservation of the RIGHT to vote, The IMMEDIATE RESTORATION OF ANYTHING CONSIDERED DEI under the Trump Administration, The RIGHT to bodily autonomy, and EQUAL PROTECTIONS FOR ALL under the law, which are currently under a COORDINATED POLITICAL ATTACK BY THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

 

We DEMAND that the United States CONGRESS upholds THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY and THEIR OATHS and IMMEDIATELY pursue the IMPEACHMENT and ANY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION PROCEEDINGS AVAILABLE against the Trump Administration. This is NOT about politics anymore—it is about ACCOUNTABILITY, JUSTICE, and PRESERVING OUR DEMOCRATIC VALUES.
