We, the undersigned, demand the immediate impeachment of Chief Justice John Roberts for enabling judicial overreach that infringes on President Donald J. Trump’s Article II powers as Commander-in-Chief, undermining the Constitution’s separation of powers and rendering the President ineffective in protecting national security.

On April 19, 2025, in A.A.R.P. v. Trump, the Supreme Court, under Roberts’ leadership, issued an emergency injunction blocking Trump’s deportation of alleged Tren de Aragua members—designated terrorists—under the Alien Enemies Act. Justice Samuel Alito’s dissent, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, revealed the Court lacked jurisdiction under the All Writs Act, violated procedural rules (Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure Rule 8(a)(1)(A), Supreme Court Rule 23.3), and acted ex parte without government input or a certified class (Volokh Conspiracy, April 20, 2025). The district court had only 42 minutes to respond, far from a “constructive denial,” and Roberts ignored the Fifth Circuit’s imminent ruling, prioritizing haste over justice.
