Please stop the deportation of Pedro Rivera Martinez. He has lived peacefully in the United States for almost 18 years. He has six biological children, raised three step children and has guardianship of two grandchildren. He has done nothing to deserve to be deported. Please allow him to stay with his wife and children.Deporting him would be detrimental to his family because he is the sole provider, if he is forced to leave his wife and children have no choice but to go with him. Please consider the hardships you are placing on this family by taking their father away. Pedro works hard every day, has a work permit that is not expired and his legal status is temporarily pending bt has been filed. .The Deportation officer isn't even allowing his case to go in front of a judge. This is not a criminal he is a loving father please let him stay.
