Its been awhile & Javier must yet AGAIN report to the Miramar office of DHS/ICE ERO (Enforcement & Removal Operations) office on Wed at 8 am. It seems illogical that under this Biden Administration, which has made clear that they are prioritizing CRIMINALS, that we have yet to be able to convince DHS/ICE to back off, and potentially issue him an NTA (Notice to Appear) so he can finally have his day in Court at the Immigration Court in Miami, after living here for over 20 years, with a US citizen wife and three (3) U.S. citizen daughters who all depend on him. There have been a number of changes at the Miramar office, so I will update our petition with new and additional information on who to contact to help support our campaign to allow Javier to remain in the United States, and to have him placed in removal proceedings with an NTA, especially since he has such a compelling case and relief from deportation/removal available to him. Under recent memoranda, DHS/ICE has the inherent authority and discretion to do this, and we greatly appreciate the efforts and support of those who have signed our petition and supported our campaign.

Sincerely,

Richard Hujber, Esq.
